Costa Honey is back! grown in the region of Tarrazu( 1650-1950 meters above sea level) this coffee style of fermentation originates from Africa. Costa Rica is one of the first South American nations to adopt this interesting style! the pulp of the cherry is left on the bean ,until it ferments and creates a mucous sac.
